It's probably my computer right now, but your site took a while to load. I'll have to try it again another time to make sure. Otherwise, it looks good. I like the header photo.
Being an amateur designer I have learned to adore white space, so... A couple ideas would be to... 1)make your content width wider. 2)three sidebars are also pretty confusing but I found my way around eventually...maybe trim one?
I'm learning to go for simplicity (just redesigned Run For Your Life) but all in all Don't Just Follow...Lead!!! is doing good, considering how many followers you have! ;) Hope you don't mind the ideas, and I won't care if you don't use them so... :)
