Nepal is Cool!!!

Caving is AWESOME!!!!

This is me on the end of a belay coming down from a long vertical tunnel. Cool huh??

Dad grabbing a few samples to see if they react to ultraviolet light or not.

Dad preparing to climb up this squeeze. I am watching the belay up top.

I just got back from a run and had a little time to post. Life is good. Going on for God. Here are some pictures from caving last Wednesday morning. Have a sweet day!!!

Come on Men, let's rise up and fullfill our God given role. Let us reach the world and especially our homes. Let's pray for and support the Sherwood Baptist church and their new, forthcoming movie: Courageous.

Caving

I got to do some spelunking yesterday. It was sooo cool. I'll upload more about it later. This is me during a 30 foot vertical ascent.
