Sorry

Dear blog readers, On August 19th I wrote a blog post entitled "The pain, the beauty, and the bloody" against runners vs. joggers. I am sorry. It was written in a prideful and put down manner and was completely unnecessary. I appologize for the arrogant words and stuck up attitude that I had.
